PRINCIPAL & TECHNICAL BIOS

Chris Reino, PE – Principal Mechanical Engineer
Chris has a diverse thirty-year background in energy generation,
conservation, and emerging technologies. Having held previous
positions in large engineering firms, equipment suppliers, and
utility end users, Chris brings a knowledge of energy project
systems from concept through engineering and construction,
then on to commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
Recently, Chris was provided project management and
maintenance services for a portfolio of 22 utility owned solar
facilities.

Pete Cella, PMP – Senior Project Manager/
Business Development

Pete has over 38 years of experience executing and managing
both engineering and construction projects in the substation,
transmission & distribution, testing & commissioning, and
renewable energy (wind and solar) industries. Having started
as a substation technician and performing the work in the field,
Pete also supports and leads a strong safety culture in fieldwork,
in our design and engineering efforts and in our daily lives. He
strongly believes that Safety and Quality go hand-in-hand. As
an experienced senior project manager and a certified Project
Management Professional, Pete is well equipped to communicate
with, and anticipate the needs of our clients and keep our projects
on track, delivering a high quality project, on time and on budget.

John Joyce, PMP – Senior Project Manager

John has over 30 years of experience in the electrical utility
market in the areas of engineering, construction and project
management, which includes excelling as an executive. He
has successfully managed large substation, transmission and
distribution Engineering, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects
across the United States. John has extensive experience
integrating all seg ments of a project from scheduling, to finance,
to engineering, to construction.
