OBJECTIVES
One of the world’s leading oil and gas companies wanted to invest in their people
by equipping them with the knowledge and tools to be skilled, dynamic leaders
focused on building high-performing teams. They were looking to develop in their
managers the decision-making skills to manage others in a potentially stressful
security context, whilst also providing tools to perform optimally in those
situations.
Our client required an innovative, world-class programme; something unique with
exceptional delivery to ensure high impact, embedded learning. It also had to have
demonstrable return on investment.
SOLUTION
The SLDP was designed to effectively develop and embed leadership and security

of their comfort zone. Core themes and objectives throughout the programme
include:

that is committed to the protection of people and property.
• Wellbeing and the need for leaders to be fit and healthy both in body and mind.
