 The programme builds over a 6 month period and focuses on the areas identified as being
 fundamental to managing in challenging times. A core element of the programme is its
 integration with the CMG Management (off-site) enhanced with senior management
 sponsorship for each participant. The first workshop is 3 days in duration with a further
 2 day virtual workshop 6 months later.
