While Mike’s coaching style is National University of Singapore Business
interpersonal and conversational, he takes
a results-based approach. Much of the
emphasis in his coaching is on helping
individuals think diversely, as he believes
this is often the key ingredient that
motivated individuals need in order.
A certified coach with Results Coaching
(Neuroleadership Institute) and a member
of the International Coaches Federation
(ICF). He is a Career Coach at INSEAD
Singapore and also works with the
School as an associate coach for their
Leadership Development Programmes.
Michael earned a Master of Education
in Continuing Education (Training and
Development) from the University of
Sheffield and graduated from the National
University of Singapore with a Bachelor
of Arts degree. He further attained a
post-graduate diploma in Training and
Development from the Singapore Institute
of Management.
