 This is a 2-day residential workshop that helps teams, especially project teams, to deliver to the best of their ability. It is applicable to all
 levels within the organisation and requires individuals to complete an SDI (Strengths Development Inventory) questionnaire. In between
 Day 1 and Day 2 there is a dinner with the senior stakeholder which gives delegates an opportunity to network with the senior team.
 As a result of the workshop individuals
 create their own action which are
