Gyp Sea is Right on the beach in Saint Jean where the “Bohemian Beach

Club,” as imagined by the Sibuet family Pascal Ramette, has cast its anchor.

The restaurant, planted firmly in the sand, is decorated in shades of blue to

pay homage to the waters of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean that

embrace the island.

Roasted, smoked, grilled, braised, here, from starter to dessert, everything or

almost everything is done on the barbecue. A cooking of a chic and rustic

simplicity around local and seasonal products.

The DJ mixes while the barman shakes you his best signature cocktail or
