related to the investment of the airlines thereof.

2) Subject to the applicable rules and procedures of the State, a

prior approval by Civil Aviation Authority shall be obtained to

appoint all foreign employers working in aviation companies

and facilities operating in the State.

Article 167:

Without prejudice to any severe penalty set forth in any other law;

the crimes prescribed for in the following Articles shall have the

penalties established therein.
