Article 170:

Whoever commits any of the following shall be punished by

detention for a minimum one year period of time not exceeding

five years and/ or by a minimum fine of five thousand pounds and

not exceeding fifty thousand pounds:

1. Repots deliberately false information that is to jeopardize the

safety of one of the means of air transport or postpone its

taking- off time due.

2. Drives one of the means of carriage by air that does not carry

an evidence of its nationality, registration marks or carries

false or unclear marks for the purpose of hiding nationality or

the State of registry without a permit from the civil aviation

authority.
