Article 172:

Whoever commits any of the following is punished by detention

for a period of time not exceeding two years and/ or a minimum

of five thousand pounds fine not exceeding a hundred thousand

pounds:

1- Operating the aircraft before obtaining the certificate of

registration, airworthiness certificate, type certificate or

without having the documents and logbooks prescribed in

Article (57) hereof or the flight permit from the civil aviation

authority

2- Driving an aircraft without having the licenses or

qualifications established for him/her.
