administrative way or refrains from implementing the disposal

during the period defined by the Civil Aviation Authority is

punished by detention for a period of time not less than one year

and a minimum of twenty thousand pounds fine not exceeding

twice the value of the violating works. The contractor executing

such works is punished by the same penalty if the works are

established without a permit from the Civil Aviation Authority or

in violation thereof; also, the officer of the administrative body

competent of the regulation affairs is punished by the same

penalty if involved in committing such violations.

And in all cases, disposal of the violating works at the expense

of the violator shall be decreed.
