Whoever violates any other provision of this law is punished by a

minimum of one thousand pounds fine not exceeding fifty

thousand pounds.

Without prejudice of the provisions of Article 18 (bis) of

Criminal Procedure Act, reconciliation may take place regarding

the crimes set for thin the present Article; a competent judicial

arrest officer shall offer reconciliation and write its minutes. The

same provisions prescribed in Article (135) of this law shall be

applied to such reconciliation.

Article 177:

Whoever sets out any of the misdemeanors prescribed for in this

law is punished by half of the penalty Stated for a perfect crime.
