Article 1
Reorganization of the Tourist companies
Law no. 38 of the Year 1977 amended by laws Nos. 118/1983,
25/2005 and 125/2008.
The tourist companies established for the purpose of exercising
the tourist activity in connection with all or some of the following
fields:
1- Organizing group or individual tourist journeys within or
outside Egypt in accordance with specified programs,
performing the transportation and accommodation tasks
associated with those journeys & extending the services
related to them.
