Article 4

Pre-requisites for granting the licence

1- The establishment applying for a license shall take the form

of a company.

2- The contract of the company should not include purposes

exceeding those mentioned in the law.

3- The company shall have a head quarter in Egypt.

4- The company shall have a general Manager of Egyptian

nationality.

5- Capital of the company shall not be less than two million

pounds; value of means of transportation shall not be

included in the minimum capital of the company.

6- A financial insurance shall be paid to the ministry of

Tourism according to the following categories :
