3- To remain in such business the travel agency shall realize

minimum thirty million pounds annually from incoming tourism.

Article 5

A travel Agency may be authorized to set up hotel, tourist

constructions provided the value of such constructions shall not

be included in calculating the minimum limit of the capital that

should be available according to the law.

Article 6

The Minister of Tourism may authorize the foreign tourist

companies to open branches thereof within Egypt providing the

following conditions shall be fulfilled:
