4) Furnished and equipped with modern telecommunication

information devices.

5) Signing at least a five years lease contract if rented.

Means of Transportation

1- Land Transportation:

First: For category (A) the vehicle’s year of manufacture shall

not exceed two years, with no limit to the number of seats.

Second: For category (C) companies which work in the tourist

transportation field only, number of seats shall not be less than

one hundred and fifty (150) seats.
