The Disputes Settlement Committee

The Disputes Settlement Committee shall be formed of each of:

1- Head of the legal opinion Department for the Minister of

Tourism.

2- The Competent under secretary of state.

3- Head of the Tourist companies Chamber or his substitute

.

This committee shall be concerned with the examination of the

complaints submitted against the tourist companies by reason of

practicing their work, whether these complaints were submitted

by tourists themselves or by the ministry of tourism as an

authorized agent for those who leave the country.
