3. In case it does not notify and provide the Ministry of Tourism
with statements of the services rendered thereby, indicating the
company activities for a period of six months.
4. If the company fails to complete the amount of deposit, in case
of any amount is deducted from it, according to the provisions
of the present law.
5. If the company forfeited any of the license conditions.
6. If it is registered that company has settled the value of its
services through other channels than the banks approved for
dealing in foreign currencies.
