7- The applicant should pay a financial insurance to the Ministry

of Tourism. (50 L.E)

8- The applicant should not be employed in the government or

public bodies or public sector unless getting an approval of the

work on grant leave without pay to work as a tourist guide.

9- The applicant should not have been judged, unless he has been

rehabilitated.

Article 5

The license period of five years, and must be renewed during the

last two months of this period, according to the procedures and

conditions prescribed by the Regulations.
