Article 12
The tour guide should not practice other work or engage in
commerce or brokerage also it is prohibited the acceptance of any
commission or remuneration from public or commercial shops.
Article 13
It is prohibited to practice guidance profession within military
zones or border regions or customs areas at ports and airports,
except after obtaining a written permission from the competent
authority.
