Article 20
The Minister of Tourism may stop a tour guide for practicing the
profession if a criminal case filed against him in crime or offense
against honor or honesty.
Article 21
If signed a fine or endowment on a tour guide in accordance
with the provisions of this law three times during the last year of
the license, the renewal of the license will be stopped for a year.
Article 23
The license will be expired in the following cases:
1- A final judgment against the tour guide in a felony or offense
against honor or honesty.
