2- If the tour guide provide a written request to be excused from
continuing the work.
3- Not to renew the license during the dates referred to in this law.
4- If the tour guide did not complete the amount of insurance
during a month from the date of notification of deduction.
Article 24
The tour guide in case of expired license for one of the reasons
mentioned in the previous article may request a new license if it
meets the conditions prescribed in this law.
NOTE: Law No. 2 of the year 2007 amending some provisions of
Law No. "121" of the year 1983 regarding the tour guides and
their union.
