not drink spirits or practice gambling games at the headquarters of
the union or its branches or during his work.
Article 17
Every person practices the profession of tour guide without
obtaining the license provided for in this law shall be punished by
imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months and a fine
not exceeding two hundred pounds and the punishment will be
doubled in case of repetition.
Article 18
Every tour guide violates a provision of this law or its executive
decisions or regulations or instructions issued by the Ministry of
Tourism, shall be punished by a fine not less than fifty pounds
and not exceeding one hundred pounds and may also be stopped
