Article 9
The tour guide licensed to practice the profession is exempted
from entry fees of monuments areas, museums and fairs.
Article 10
The tour guide should provide his license, as well as work order
and prescribed tariff whenever asked to do so.
Article 11
The tour guide shall not practice his profession outside the region
indicated in the license unless he got a written permission of the
Ministry of Tourism after paying the prescribed fee, in
accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed by the
Regulations and shall not exceed ten pounds. This article was
canceled by Law No. 2 of 2007.
