months.

Article 19

The Minister of Tourism or his representative upon a written

investigation is being with a tour guide who violates the previous

commitments, impose the following disciplinary sanctions:

1- The fine not exceeding fifty pounds, and may be deducted from

the amount of insurance paid to the Ministry of Tourism. And the

tour guide should complete the amount of insurance during a

month from the date of notification of the deduction.

2- Endowment on practicing the profession for a period not

exceeding three months, doubled in the case of repetition.
