1-Definitions of Heritage



               The  term  "Heritage",  heritage  may  be  described  as  the  natural,



               cultural  and  built  environments  of  an  area.  It  is  all  about  the



               cultural  traditions,  places  and  values  that  influential  groups



               throughout  the  world  are  proud  to  conserve.  Heritage  may  be



               classified  into  two  main  types:  cultural  heritage  (a  nation's



               historic  monuments,  museum  collections  .etc.)  and  natural



               heritage  (a  nation's  fauna  and  flora,  natural  resources  and



               landscape).



               In that respect, cultural heritage is represented in (a) Monuments



               (i.e.  architectural  works,  works  of  monumental  sculpture  and



               painting,  elements  or  structures  of  an  archaeological  nature,



               inscriptions, cave dwellings and combinations of features, which



               are  of  outstanding  universal  value  from  the  point  of  view  of
