               (b) Immovable cultural assets such as monuments, archaeological



               sites, etc. and (c) Underwater cultural assets such as shipwrecks,



               underwater  cities  and  ruins,  etc.  while  the  latter  includes:  Oral



               traditions,  languages,  performing  art,  social  practices,  rituals,



               knowledge,  skills  and  practices,  traditional  craftsmanship,  etc.



               that are acknowledged by communities, groups and individuals as



               an  integral  part  of  their  cultural  identity.  (d)  Natural  sites  with



               cultural aspects such as cultural landscapes, physical, biological



               or geological formations, etc..

               Recommendations protecting the cultural heritage, which reflects
