Cancelling the license
The Minister of Tourism may issue a justified decision cancelling
the license issued in favor of the company in the following cases:
1. If the company relinquishes the license, or alters the form of
the company, or changes the partners in charge, without the
approval of the Ministry of Tourism.
2. If the company ceases to practice its works for a period of six
months without written authorization from the Ministry of
Tourism.
