Article 7
It shall not be permissible to cede the license issued to the travel
agency or to change the kind of registered activity, or its legal
form or the responsible partners except by the approval of The
Minister of Tourism.
Prerequisites for the head quarter or branch of travel Agencies:
Travel Agencies headquarter shall be:
1) Situated in an area that matches the type of tourist activity the
company exercises.
2) In an independent place.
3) Designed at total areas for the head quarters and branch not
less than sixty and thirty square meters. With exception of
