A) The travel Agency shall be affiliated to one of the countries
where the Egyptian travel agencies are authorized to open
branches thereof.
B) The travel Agency shall pay a financial insurance 200.000 L.E
either in cash or non transferable letter of guarantee being
certified by Egyptian bank.
C) The travel Agency shall deposit at the Ministry of Tourism
permanent evidence that it operates within Egypt by means of
capital of not less than 3000.000 L.E.
NOTE: The provisions of items (B and C) shall apply to the
Egyptian travel Agencies whose capital does have a foreign
component.
