Article 2
Types of Travel Agencies
There are three types of travel agencies, which are:
A. Travel Agencies authorized to perform all the all the works
mentioned in article 1.
B. Travel Agencies authorized to perform the woks mentioned
in item 2 from article 1.
C. Travel agencies to perform the works mentioned in item 3
from article 1.
NOTE: A travel agency shall not practise the work except
after obtaining a licence to do so from the Ministry of
Tourism.
