Article 3
The minister of Tourism may issue a decree, to stop obtaining
the licence at certain time, if the country is in no need thereof.
Travel Agencies must not exercise their activities within
military zones at border regions, except after obtaining the
approval of the Ministry of Defence, at the proposal of the
Ministry of Tourism.
