What are Keep Wales Tidy
doing?
Keep Wales Tidy have been working with organisations and volunteers across Wales
to plant more trees that increase habitat for wildlife, beautify our landscape and
provide food growing opportunities for communities.
We totted up the numbers recently and are thrilled to share with you a total of
18,759 native trees have been planted across all our community projects over the
past four years!
2020/21 = 5,744 trees
2021/22 = 4,985 trees
2022/23 = 3,100 trees
2023/24 = 4,930 trees
Have you been eying up an area of your school grounds that’s crying out for some
trees, food growing areas or wildlife habitat? Take a look at our Local Places for
Nature packages which are all free of charge and come with Keep Wales Tidy staff
time help to install.
