This year’s National Eco-Committee proved
a brilliant success as we hosted a waste-free
One Planet Party to celebrate the anniversary
of the Eco-Schools programme.
The events were open to all Green Flag and Platinum Eco-Schools and were filled
with lots of learning experiences and engaging challenges.
Learners shared ideas for hosting a party sustainably, here are their top tips:

use our tips or share your own!
Use reusable cups, plates, and cutlery – no single use!
Make sure you have recycling and food waste bins
available.
Create decorations by
reusing material or craft
items. It could be part
of the party!
