        Adilia Elena Torres, is a queer Chicana-Indigena from Sinaloa and Nayarit, Mexico.
        Her practice is in community mental health and integrating principles of traditional
        medicine of Mexico. She is committed to centering cultural and spiritual attunement.
        The clinical emphasis of her work is focused on psychotherapy from trauma-
        informed care, strength-based, the connection with somatic practices, and harm
        reduction.  She works with children, youth, and families impacted by (im)migration,
        displacement, and other forms of oppression.  She is a Registered Associate MFT
        based in Oakland, California with a focus on the well being of our Raza Cosmica -
        from South-North.

        She is the founder of La Botanica Azul a social enterprise part of an ecosystem of
        healing justice that houses traditional medicines and wisdoms of Indigenous,
        queer & trans people, Black, and people of color healers.

        Michael E. Parker is a successful entrepreneur, inspirational leader, author, teacher,
        philanthropist, and motivational speaker. Born in Oakland and raised in Richmond,
        California, Michael persevered through many challenges and hardships, proactively
        deciding to change the course of his life and open doors he didn’t think we possible
        to open.
        Kelsey is a BASI certified Pilates teacher, Master Barre Instructor, and Level 3
        Fascial Stretch Therapist. She has served as co-founder and Director of Instruction
        at Maiden Lane Studios, and is now excited and honored to own and operate Move
        With Studio.  “I believe that by harnessing the power of conscious physical
        movement, my students can embrace a more harmonious existence outside the
        studio.”
