Spring Opara, project director and “Yelder” (aka
youthful elder) at CompassPoint. She identifies as a gender-fluid, ancestor
whisperer, queer believer in the Creative energy, in helping humanity to elevate. I
am an empath and life-long learner and I feel that Life is not a destination, but a

Arisika Razak, is Professor Emerita and the former Chair of the Women's Spirituality
Program at California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco. She is a core
teacher at the East Bay Meditation Center in Oakland California and a graduate of
Spirit Rock's Dedicated Practitioner Program. She has facilitated spiritual, healing
and empowerment workshops for over 30 years, and performed nationally and
internationally as a spiritual dancer.
Kendall Heaton, is a Mindful Life Coach for Parents and Parents-to-be, and here to
I
support you through the ups and downs of your parenthood journey. am a social
worker, teacher, researcher, and coach by training. My areas of specialty are child
development, social-emotional learning, adult learning and strength-based coaching,
organizational development and planning, and collaborative systems-change. I have
a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from UC Berkeley and have spent my
career supporting the well-being of children, families, and communities—as an
elementary and early childhood educator, bilingual child development specialist,
social worker, and justice activist.
