Maintenance Tips For PCM Etching Equipment Summary
• When using lubricants be sure they are suitable for plastic and use them sparingly
• When working with pumps:
• Be aware of the proper assembly and clearances
• Understand the principles of pump operation
• Remember the unique issues of magnetic pumps
• Clean the machines on a regular basis, watching for scale on the inside of piping
• Keep the nozzles clean, check for wear, proper assembly and orientation
