Nozzle Reassembly And Installation
• Check the nozzle insert for damage.
• Install the insert into the nozzle body. Make sure the insert is installed with the
correct side facing out.
• Make sure the insert is fully inserted to the “stop ridge”
• Note: failing to install an insert will result in the cone nozzle producing a solid stream. This solid stream can cause severe transport issues.
• Install the nozzles into the machine.
• When installing fan nozzles be sure they are installed in the correct orientation
