MEDIUM DEVELOP:
The MEDIUM or AVERAGE type of equipment used for DEVELOPING is the Chemcut XLi product offering. The XLi machine features modular construction that allows for flexible configuration to meet a customer’s production goals and allows for future expansion.

ØStation2: DEVELOP
Ø Station 3: RINSE 1, (Recirculated)
Ø Station 4: RINSE 2, (Fresh)

MEDIUM DEVELOP:
The Key Parameters for MEDIUM DEVELOP machines are:
Ø DWELL TIME / CONVEYOR SPEED:
• Dwell time is typically 30 to 60 seconds in a spraying chamber.
Ø TEMPERATURE CONTROL:
• Heating and Cooling is provided
Ø MANUAL PRESSURE CONTROL:
• Uses valves and pressure gauges to adjust upper and lower spray pressures
Ø BATH MANAGEMENT:
• A probe to monitor the pH of the Develop bath is typically provided
• Optional FEED and BLEED systems based on pH or panel count are typically provided
Ø HIGH END FEATURES:
• All the features detailed on the HIGH END offering for DEVELOP can also be incorporated
into the XLi offering
