the onslaught of the pandemic demanded that organisations reconsider and strengthen their safety practices. We are committed to ensuring the welfare of our employees and have deployed a quick Response team (qRt) to facilitate swift decision-making and immediate implementation.
This extended taskforce comprises leaders from across divisions
and addresses concerns as they arise. We established a command centre to ensure that relevant stakeholders remain informed of the COVID-19 scenario, alongside
the developments at Ujjivan, to
take quick decisions. the field leadership is always apprised
about circumstances related to the pandemic around the country by way of our command centre.
