To all ESA Coaching Staff:

First off, ESA would like to thank you for volunteering your time, commitment, and efforts to

support the Enfield soccer community. The goal of ESA is to grow the game of soccer, while continuing

to keep the players on the path to success. In order to do so, we have aligned our curriculum with the
Middle School, and High School coaching staffs. We have put together this coaching

curriculum/portfolio, with some help from you, to guide you in running successful coaching sessions.

It is very important in the development process that the players get lots of touches on the ball, while
keeping a high energy level. This is a working document, and we know going forward that we will

improve on these lessons just as we are always improving on our coaching through the years. We are

here for you to answer any questions you may have, and as always, we are available to coach a session

or two to guide you through any of these lessons. Thanks again for all you do for putting the energy
into each player and your team as a whole. We would not be here without you!
