Masjid Lapan Kubah
Masjid Lapan Kubah in the Kampung Lapan Kotak,
Jerteh got its nickname as the Russian Mosque
due to its architecture being similar to the St Basil
Cathedral in Moscow, Russia. Its uniqueness, the
design of the mosque and the colourfully-painted
colour combination of the domes caused the iconic
mosque to become an attraction and was visited by
numerous visitors, whether to perform their prayers
or just to record some memories.

Perhentian Island Masjid Lapan Kubah
The Perhentian Island is divided into two main islands,
which are Perhentian Besar Island and Perhentian Kecil
Island. The Perhentian Island is one of the islands that Desa Ukiran Kayu (DUK)
were visited often in Malaysia and has attracted The establishment of the Desa Ukiran Kayu (DUK) is a
