If you are new to working with Multimeters, you may want to familiarize yourself with the operating manual.

Calling for Technical Support:
Problems can occur that are not routinely seen and even though you’ve followed all the normal troubleshooting
steps, you still cannot pinpoint the cause. That’s when a phone call to the technical services group is the next step.
There are a few things you should have on hand before calling:
1) A detailed description of the problem.
2) The electrical, hydraulic or air schematic of the system.
3) A good working Fluke Meter, Tri Gage, or Air Gauge as required.
4) Notes of what you have already checked and procedures you have tried.
While on the phone the technician will ask a lot of questions. If you don’t know the answers right off, that’s okay.
The process of troubleshooting takes time and patience, especially over the phone. Please keep an open mind and
