The Safety Culture Curve:
The companies with the best safety culture land on the right side of the curve. There is internal motivation and
commitment, and everyone is interdependent on safety. Using the Safety Culture curve diagram, I would like you
to ask yourself 3 questions.
1. Where is your crew’s safety culture fall on the curve?
2. Where is your personal safety culture fall on the curve?
3. What can you do to achieve interdependence?
Choosing collective positive interdependent mindsets as a team can not only help improve work productivity and
safety but also mental health and wellbeing.
When we are all interdependent, we can get to zero injuries!
