by Lisa Koehler, Manager Learning and Development

Learning and development (L&D), a subset of HR, aims to improve group and individual performance by increasing
and honing skills and knowledge. L&D's goal is to be a critical component within the global Loram enterprise. By
doing this, we will begin to see the value derived from investing in L&D by developing our people, leveraging and
investing in technology, and improving processes.

            Let’s meet the team…

specialist her focus is to lead the initiative in process improvements for learning and development at Loram.
Dolores has worked on the BART project, shop project, and new hire training project.
Lisa Koehler has been with Loram eight months and is accountable for leading the execution of the L&D strate-
gies. She is the learning and development manager and leverages opportunities for Loram’s growth in technical
and professional development, career enhancement and metrics. She is a strong leader in driving process im-
