Congratulations Zerry McColumn, Superintendent SBC20 for being recognized with an
Operational Excellence Coin in September by Tyler Beebe, Manager, Ballast and Grade.

Zerry has built up a highly effective operation with his crew training and machine condition. Zerry
started a highly visible ballast removal project, using the machine in a different way, which requires high
levels of communication and attention to detail. The project is going well with great feedback from the
customer. Hats off to Zerry and his crew for operational excellence.
