we are at doing our jobs, the new management has a renewed appreciation for how we can help them
improve their track. The dump trains will work again this year until it gets too cold to operate them and
the UC1202 is being winterized and made ready for next year’s undercutting.
Through all the long days, hard to get to areas and wildlife, the one thing that makes all this work spe-
cial is the people that we have operating these jobs. They all go above and beyond to make our custom-
ers happy. Without people willing to try new things and go into areas that very few people are willing to
work in, we would fail. These jobs are a testament to the type of people we have working at Loram.
