Necessary Revolution in Todays Leadership Development.” What they found was the Leaders of tomorrow will have
fewer people to vertically manage and many more people they need to partner with. Learning how to co-partner in

In another study conducted by the International Coach Federation, they found that companies that invested in
coaching and leadership training saw a return of seven times (7x) the initial investment. Bottom line, CoachLeaders

It is possible, and PCLA is excited to partner with the Sauk Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce in 2019 to introduce the
Preuss CoachLeader Approach. Chamber members will have an opportunity to experience what PCLA can do to equip
business leaders with the necessary skills to recruit, engage, and retain employees on February 21st, 2:00 – 4:30 p.m.
This workshop will offer a taste of what PCLA can do to empower and ignite your businesses to its highest level and
