LOCAL HAPPENINGS
Sauk Prairie High School celebrated the
commencement of the Class of 2024 --
the district's 60th graduating class.
Highlights from this past school year
include the completion of the high
school renovation and expansion, the
launching of several mental wellness
initiatives funded by a US Department
of Education School-Based Mental Health grant, and many successes in
the classroom, on the stage, and on our community's athletic teams.
Sauk Prairie also recognized the 2024 retirees. Combined, these educators
served 450 years in education. We thank them for all they did for our
students, our schools, and our community.
The district now turns its attention to
summer programs. Did you know that
almost half of Sauk Prairie's students
participate in the district's summer
school or summer programs? The
district's buildings are utilized
throughout the summer by summer
school classes, after-school club, sports
and arts programming, teacher
professional development, open swim,
etc.
