The Storm We Prepared For

That storm was another strong and windy one

and it put Grenada in great danger again. But we
were a bit happy because we built our homes so

much stronger.

Our house was very big so we were able to take in

many people. But we had bad news; we heard that
the storm may last for two days. We tucked

ourselves in and tried to stay safe. The night

before the storm when we went to sleep we heard

many people knocking on our door, they wanted

to come in, so we let them in.

The next morning, we were eating, playing games
and having fun. Our house was so strong now that

we didn’t even feel the storm outside. While we

waited for it to be over our door kept opening

and closing with people who were trying to get to

safety in our house.

Finally, the storm was over and the sun started

shining again.
