                                          STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES


            This issue highlights the final set of strategic objectives:
                                                                The  building  of  organisational  capacity  to  execute  the
            •  SO9:   Improve Technology
            •  SO10: Improve Business Continuity                strategy – through the improvement of knowledge, skills
            •  SO11: Strengthen Corporate Governance            and attitudes (SO13) – will enable the rapid adoption of
            •  SO12: Improve Organisational Culture             improved   technology   (S09),   improved   business
            •  SO13: Improve Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes.   continuity (SO10), a strengthened corporate governance
                                                                structure (S011) and an improved organisational culture
            These  five  objectives  all  fall  under  the  organisational
                                                                (SO12).  Together,  SO9  to  SO13  will  serve  as  the
            capacity  perspective.  However,  they  are  incorporated
            into the strategic themes as follows:               foundation on which the Council will be able to improve
                                                                its  business  processes,  financial  management  and
            SO9 and SO10:  Technology  and Innovation Excellence
                                                                stakeholders’ experience.
            SO11: Strengthen Corporate Governance
            SO12 and SO13: Customer and Stakeholder Excellence.
