STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
This issue highlights the final set of strategic objectives:
The building of organisational capacity to execute the
• SO9: Improve Technology
• SO10: Improve Business Continuity strategy – through the improvement of knowledge, skills
• SO11: Strengthen Corporate Governance and attitudes (SO13) – will enable the rapid adoption of

These five objectives all fall under the organisational
(SO12). Together, SO9 to SO13 will serve as the
